About Me

Nick Reeves Mindful Hypno-Coaching Change Transformation

Hello and welcome. My name is Nick Reeves.

I was born in Bristol but have lived most of my life in the West Midlands area.

I left school with particular ideas of how life would be but, on my own admission, ended up drifting in and out of various jobs for many years.

Almost 25 years ago, I stumbled into a career in Training and Development after seeing an advert, whilst out of work, for Government funded Management Training.

Undergoing this training began to give me a sense that I’d found ‘my fit’, it felt right, natural. I completed NVQ Level 4’s in both Management and Training and Development, kick starting a career which, over the years, has given me the opportunity to work in many different workplace settings including: leisure, hospitality and care – with many different types of people including: long term unemployed, carers, construction workers, senior and middle managers in both the private and public sectors.

An insatiable passion for my own development and a real desire to help and support others to achieve their potential, led me to completing an ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification around 5 years ago.

Unbeknownst to me, I had set off on a journey of increasing curiosity and interest in how people think and behave, and how sometimes they can become trapped in unhelpful, habitual thinking patterns which can have a negative impact upon them and limit both their lives and potential.

I have since trained to become a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Mindfulness Teacher and Mindfulness Based Clinical Hypnotherapist (MBCH) all of which combine to form a powerful toolbox that can facilitate and enable personal transformation.
